We especially appreciated how everyone made us feel welcome, often saying, "This is your home," which added such a warm and personal touch to our experience.

The local meal we had for dinner was delicious and a wonderful highlight of our stay. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for a restful night.

Although brief, our experience at Planet Lodge was memorable, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special!

  Worst experience ever! The Planet Lodge very rudely announced that only 3 people will be allowed in each day room, and that payment was required for 2 additional rooms. The... read more Planet Lodge staff were not very hospitable about the situation, and the clients never want to use the lodge again in the future and will not recommend that to any future groups. GEI ended up paying for extra those two rooms, but the experience left much to be desired for.
In future we will have to be very careful with booking day rooms for groups so that it is clear how many people will in fact be allowed into such day rooms.

Catherine and Glory gave us the best 90 minute massages we could have asked for. We were so relaxed as they worked the kinks out we didn’t want to leave. They really knew what they were doing. I felt in good knowledge hands. My neck felt an inch longer after getting off the table. If only we could find massages this good at home in London!
