There are no restaurants outside the hotel but the restaurant and bar inside this lodge has excellent brick over pizzas that we tried and other food. Their breakfast was one of the best compared to some of the luxury lodges we stayed in Tanzania as the chef focused on the quality of the food and also available for everyone during the morning busy breakfast hours. The property and rooms were clean and excellent and the front desk was also very helpful and efficient with their checkins. The manager Abub made sure everything for every guest was well taken care off and went around and checked all the time. I would definitely stay here again. Definitely have to book ahead of time as this place gets sold out fast due to the proximity to the international airport and free shuttle service.

This place is not the Ritz Carlton. But I was pleasantly surprised how nice, clean, and comfortable this 3 star lodge was! It was actually much nicer that some of the janky places our supposed luxe safari company put us up in our our trip.
