I needed laundry service at 5pm and they returned my garment before bed. Our Server Kelvin was the best. 11 out of 10. You must stay here whenever flying into Kilimanjaro Airport (JRO).   A holiday to remember - I went there with my family for the holidays and to be honest it was the most comfortable hotel I've ever been to since the service was wonderful, the rooms... read more were quite comfortable and furnished in high standards, the food was delicious and highly hygienic and the environment itself is breathtaking such that it could mesmerize a person in seconds, we didn't find trouble getting transport and it's within close proximity to the airport hence we didn't find trouble reaching there. The experience was lovely I'd highly recommend others to go through this wonderful experience

  This lodge was absolutely awful. The only good part about the stay was the spa treatment & the lovely lady working there.
The internet didn’t work half the time.... read more The electricity kept going off including at 4.40am when I was about to shower for the airport.
The worst part about it was the food which ended up giving me food poisoning & I was sick the whole time on the flight. The rice looked reheated & I should have not eaten dinner.
The price is completely ridiculous for what you get.
