We wish we could've stayed a bit longer, but unfortunately was only able to stay 1 night.... read more The staff was courteous, patient, and welcoming. GET A MASSAGE. You won't regret it. The food was tasteful and service was quick. Shower pressure was great and everything was clean and well kept. Would definitely come back and stay longer!

Mostly... read more everything built for Masai! Tall ceiling!! Showers!!! Long beds!!!! Fresh warm and delicious meals. Too many things to taste and talk about.
Rooms are mosquitoes proof, as long main entrance is closed. Windows are covered with mosquito nets and another layer of net around the bed, Unbelievable.
Wi-Fi coverage is great around the reception area only. I think it can get better.

We had to arrive at the airport at 5am! At 4:40 a porter with a luggage cart was at our door, and a breakfast box was waiting for us at the desk. We made it to the airport just before 5am. Although I was skeptical, the food in the restaurant was VERY good! This was a wonderful experience all around.

The convenience of this hotel to Kili airport is nice, but I was not as impressed by the staff... read more and grounds. Our check in was chaotic. There were mistakes with our booking which necessitated a supervisor get involved. Once that was settled the restaurant closed in between lunch and dinner. We hadn’t eaten all day. They did provide us with food, however. The rooms are really nice! The shower is amazing.
I didn’t use the pool or other facilities. The Arusha property is greener with nicer grounds. My room at this hotel was very loud with lorries passing by my room at all hours.
