  Arusha stay before safari - We stayed here one night before going on a safari. Staff is so kind and friendly- perhaps the friendliest I have ever experienced. And food is excellent!

We had a mixup with our flight. We had to checked out of the lodge, gone to the airport and had to return to the lodge because our flight wasn't until the next day. The staff was super welcoming and understanding and gave us our room back so that we could have a place to relax and go to the pool. We ate another wonderful meal. Thank you for everything everybody.

I can definitely recommend this lodge - also the other planet lodges where we spent some days. The owners are doing a marvellouos job with the surronding and plant life.

  Close hotel to JRO - Scola, Everast, and Goboyeau was extremely AMAZING!!! The rest of the staff was awesome and helpful as well.   Near to Kili airport but their property in Arusha is better - I’ve stayed in their property in Arusha which is much nicer. The convenience of this hotel to Kili airport is nice, but I was not as impressed by the staff... read more and grounds. Our check in was chaotic. There were mistakes with our booking which necessitated a supervisor get involved. Once that was settled the restaurant closed in between lunch and dinner. We hadn’t eaten all day. They did provide us with food, however. The rooms are really nice! The shower is amazing.
I didn’t use the pool or other facilities. The Arusha property is greener with nicer grounds. My room at this hotel was very loud with lorries passing by my room at all hours.

  Best choice for the airport - Hôtel is just 15 minutes drive from the Kili airport and offers a good shuttle service.
