Beds were very comfortable and clean.

Only feedback would be that for an airport hotel, more flexible checkout times would be nice! $20 per hour extra to stay in your room.

I needed laundry service at 5pm and they returned my garment before bed. Our Server Kelvin was the best. 11 out of 10. You must stay here whenever flying into Kilimanjaro Airport (JRO). We wish we could have stayed longer.

Abu, Sarah, Evarest, Garboy, and Yohana in particular made it a wonderful place. Everyone was very accommodating and kind.
