The lodge is 15mn from the airport.
I arrived in the morning so, I booked a, day room and a night, so had my room to rest during the day.
Clean room, very friendly staff.
You can even get a massage.
Great food.
Nice landscaped yard, birds, butterfly...

To say that the staff is bending over backwards to make your... read more short stay memorable is an understatement. Every person I met could not have been nicer and helpful. From greeting you, bringing the bags to your room, check-in, breakfast/dinner. The rooms are great: the beds so comfortable and needed after a 24 hours travel to Tanzania ore after returning from either safari or a day hike at Kilimanjaro. The shower is wonderful (also very much needed) and the pool and gardens are enjoyable. But what is hands down the best, is dinner - the food is juts absolutely delicious! We have been offered a very tastefull dinner and a large breakfast buffet.

This hotel is worth a recommendation.

  We needed a place where we'll be waiting until our evening international flight. Booking was super easy. Upon landing and clearing customs, a rep with our name on a sign... read more was waiting for us. He led us to the van, offered hand sanitizer, and wore his face mask the entire ride. 9min later only after leaving the airport, we arrived at the hotel.

The check-in experience was excellent. We were offered refreshments and cold towels. Hand sanitizing stations were clearly marked all over the property.

After asking about the gift shop, the manager proudly took us the store that he kept locked due to the low occupation (covid-19 related). Great stuff in there!

The AC in the room was great, the linens clean and the bed firm.

We took the time to hit the restaurant where we enjoyed the best pizza ever!

Service, accommodation, AC, wifi, gym, proximity to the airport; no need to think twice, this is the place! More

  Near to Kili airport but their property in Arusha is better - I’ve stayed in their property in Arusha which is much nicer. The convenience of this hotel to Kili airport is nice, but I was not as impressed by the staff... read more and grounds. Our check in was chaotic. There were mistakes with our booking which necessitated a supervisor get involved. Once that was settled the restaurant closed in between lunch and dinner. We hadn’t eaten all day. They did provide us with food, however. The rooms are really nice! The shower is amazing.
I didn’t use the pool or other facilities. The Arusha property is greener with nicer grounds. My room at this hotel was very loud with lorries passing by my room at all hours.
