We had to arrive at the airport at 5am! At 4:40 a porter with a luggage cart was at our door, and a breakfast box was waiting for us at the desk. We made it to the airport just before 5am. Although I was skeptical, the food in the restaurant was VERY good! This was a wonderful experience all around.

The breakfast was fulsome and they make pizzas with their own pizza oven. Five stars!

Airport transfer so easy and quick. Meals excellent and best of all - Manager (Abuu?) and his staff absolutely outstanding. Nothing too much trouble and as courteous a staff as one could fine. A delight to stay here. And good birdwatching in the grounds....

  Great place to refresh - We only visited to shower and eat before leaving for the airport. The individual showers were perfect after a long day driving. The dinner was delicious

  This is the perfect property to stay in Arusha especially if you're in transit on the way to the National Parks and Reserves.
We got picked up from the... read more airport late in the evening and got quickly assigned our rooms. The rooms were high quality and the beds were fantastic. The hotel has a fairly decent continental-ish breakfast spread with omelettes, breads and fruit.

A small nit is the unheated pool which made it difficult for us to us.

I would recommend this hotel as a starting point if you are planning a multi day trip to Tanzania.
