BEWARE: it cost $120 to make a round trip to Arusha using the hotel shuttle since other services are not nearby. It’s a decent place if all you need to do is wait there for a travel connection. Otherwise, find a more convenient place.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay near the airport.

It is an oasis of calm efficiency, the Manager (Abuu) and his team (particularly Everest, Happy, and Shaffi, and all the restaurant staff), were so welcoming, attentive, helpful and courteous, and all facilities (including the pool and change rooms) were spotlessly clean and tidy. The airport shuttle was most appreciated, and the provision of a work space with internet was also. Thank you all for providing a really lovely home away from home and for such kind and generous service.
