The ambience is amazing, close to the airport. You do not need to worry about transfer to the airport.

  Great lounging location before flight home - I stayed one night here, after doing Safari and Zanzibar. I needed some downtime to lounge around before my flight home, and this hotel was perfect for it.

I also needed help tracking down my lost luggage during a connecting flight. The staff called Swissport and the airline, and helped me track my luggage down within the same day.

I highly recommend this hotel for those who need some lounging time before (to get ready for upcoming Safari adventure) or those who need some relaxing down time before heading home.

There were mistakes with our booking which necessitated a supervisor get involved. Once that was settled the restaurant closed in between lunch and dinner. We hadn’t eaten all day. They did provide us with food, however. The rooms are really nice! The shower is amazing.
I didn’t use the pool or other facilities. The Arusha property is greener with nicer grounds. My room at this hotel was very loud with lorries passing by my room at all hours.
