From the moment we... read more arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtful touches, like refreshing towels and hibiscus juice. The food, massages, and service were all exceptional. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. We highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding hospitality and relaxing atmosphere.

  Oasis near Kilimanjaro airport - We stopped here for a night on the way to our safari destination, as it was a short (~15 min) drive from Kilimanjaro airport. The grounds were attractive and well-kept.... read more We didn’t use the pool, but it looked well-maintained and inviting. Sadly, we didn’t have time to use the available spa services either. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The wall-mounted AC unit got the room cool within a few minutes. The beds are equipped with a surrounding mosquito net, though we didn’t really have any issues with bugs in our rooms or on the grounds (early June). There is a large outdoor patio dining/bar area which was very welcoming for dining and drinks. Our dinner was well-prepared and tasty, though I would have liked to see some more items that explored the local cuisine. Breakfast was buffet-style, with a nice selection of fruits, pastries, hot items, and an omelette station. The highlight of the stay was the staff who were universally friendly, conscientious, and helpful.

Airport transfer so easy and quick. Meals excellent and best of all - Manager (Abuu?) and his staff absolutely outstanding. Nothing too much trouble and as courteous a staff as one could fine. A delight to stay here. And good birdwatching in the grounds....
