He led us to the van, offered hand sanitizer, and wore his face mask the entire ride. 9min later only after leaving the airport, we arrived at the hotel.

The check-in experience was excellent. We were offered refreshments and cold towels. Hand sanitizing stations were clearly marked all over the property.

After asking about the gift shop, the manager proudly took us the store that he kept locked due to the low occupation (covid-19 related). Great stuff in there!

The AC in the room was great, the linens clean and the bed firm.

We took the time to hit the restaurant where we enjoyed the best pizza ever!

Service, accommodation, AC, wifi, gym, proximity to the airport; no need to think twice, this is the place! More

A great stay before setting off on our other adventures.

Mostly... read more everything built for Masai! Tall ceiling!! Showers!!! Long beds!!!! Fresh warm and delicious meals. Too many things to taste and talk about.
Rooms are mosquitoes proof, as long main entrance is closed. Windows are covered with mosquito nets and another layer of net around the bed, Unbelievable.
Wi-Fi coverage is great around the reception area only. I think it can get better.
