I then traveled through beautiful Tanzania and returned to Planet Lodge Airport near JRO for two nights. I had a 5:27am plane departure and was given a breakfast box for the airport when we left at 3am. The restaurant was very good and the chef was very accommodating when I asked for slightly different variations of menu items or extra avocado with most of my meals It’s the closest lodge near JRO airport and well worth the convenience of having an efficient complimentary shuttle to and from. Overall, the lodge was safe, accessible, reasonably priced, and well appointed for the business traveller.

  We stayed here for one night; and the Lodge was perfect for an overnight stay as we landed at midnight with Kenya Airways flight from Nairobi. We were met by... read more the Lodge’s driver for a ten minutes drive to the Lodge. The room was very nice with huge bathtub; and breakfast was great.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
